Post & Packaging

We aim to dispatch your sweets within 12 hours of receiving the order.

We want to get your sweets to your door as soon as is possible in most appropriate way. Please be assured that we want you to receive your order in the best condition possible. All orders are sent out within 48 hours, (usually within 24 hours) of receipt by either Royal Mail or courier (next day delivery on all courier items), and should arrive with you within 2-3 working days from date of postage. Please note – orders placed after midnight on Friday will be posted after the weekend, due to postal services not working weekends. Standard Royal Mail postal costs apply.


Payment

We accept payment only via PayPal. Paypal is a safer, faster, more secure way to pay online –your financial details are never shared. We do not need to know any of your personal details, as Paypal remembers everything for you, safeguarding your bank, credit or debit card details.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the package and we will refund the cost of the sweets and Royal Mail postage.
